Lube chart holder

Can anyone give me some rough measurements on the placement of the lube chart holder(two piece ) and
Number and placement of welds. Thanks.

Anyone ever take measurements?  Assuming it's centered but you know what that does....   :D

I got my measurements from Mike also. He had many examples and non were the same. Some aren’t even squarely fitted.

I eventually found out that these were a field modification so it’s no wonder they are all different, even if they should have conformed to a standard.
