the  M-16 used  10'' and 6'' spacer rings
 the M-16A1 and M-16A2 used 10'' and 12 '' rings

here are some pics of the m16 quad spacers. these are original to the m16
10" and 6"

The M51 Quad 2-ton trailer used a 19.5" spacer as well.  These would undoubtedly be found on M16Bs.

Steve,
Do you know who owns these quads?
I would like to get the size and specs on the "cab end center line" plate on the first one and ask some questions about the "manual" controls" on the second one if at all possible.
Thanks for any help in advance!
Jim

Found my six inch ring for the M13/16. I have a twelve inch for sale or trade. Also are we sure the M16A2 had a ten and twelve? I thought the A2 was a M16 with a rear door added. I did not know that they removed the six and replaced it with a twelve?

I think the Pg 197 photos are referring to the M16A1??? On pg 196 top photo: Seems to be two M16 halftracks  post WW2 both are missing the small exterior box and the m45 mounts look to be at different heights or is it just me??

im not sure now.
it almost looks like the m16 originally only had a 12" spacer, then during ww2 they added a 6".
then only the m16A1 had the 10" and the 12".

i don't know.

I could use the 10" ring if someone has one for sale.
