Parade

I also was out the 4th. Did a parade in Gas City with 5 other MVPA buddies I brought up rear security. Don’t know how the boys ran those things in the African heat. It was in the low 90s and humid, engine stayed at 190 and so did the cab!!

Pretty cool Mike!  Glad you were able to get out and run the track a bit.

Was is a sanctioned parade or just a bunch of guys driving around town?  Seems like everything is getting re-cancelled/closed back down now with the resurgence of new cases.   >:(

That looks like a nice line up there. Of course your halftrack is the best of the lot 8).

This was The annual 4th of July parade sponsored by the town of 5,700. I think half of the town was there, saw 2 masks being worn and no social distancing

How refreshing that SOMEONE has enough common sense to not be a bunch of lemmings.

Looks like you had a good day. Local business group that sponsors/ organizes one of the local parades was threatened by the Michigan AG with getting tickets so they canceled it. The locals called fowl and held it with out the business sponsorship lots of participation and viewers, and not much social distancing there either.

After the Governor and AG 's participation in the BLM protest march and the Fiasco of their participation in the dams breaching in Midland most people here have pretty much blown them off as idiots.
