I have found several on ebay by looking through the thousands of surplus gauges offered. It’s time consuming but pays off.

I did the same thing a few years ago. Found the corect style gauge for $20 and just printed out a new face on a matt photo sheet. I also made my own speedo from one out of a REO I belive. Looks the same except it dosnt have the trip odometer.  But it cost me $100 vs $1000+ so ill live with it.

I will keep scouring eBay.  The good news is I don’t need it for a couple of months, so hopefully that will be enough time to find one.

Weston, Sangamo, and Sun made the halftrack volt meters. That may narrow your search.
