importing

I bought a skate rail from someone in the Netherlands and thought the paper work was being handled by him.  Now I need to file a AMS filing and find someone to do the clearance when it gets here.  Does anyone know a company that handles these things?

I’m in the U.K. but I think I read an article by a woman in the US who did her own paperwork

There was a chap in California selling a complete skate rail last year, I bought quite a bit of stuff off him as he was clearing out but I have an M16 so didn’t need a skate rail.

I am doing the same thing with BAIV.  I thought that I had paid the entire bill but they are now putting the import paperwork on my shoulders.  I am having a US company quote out the entire shipment but I still think that I am being worked over.  I may just cancel and ask for my money back if the quote is too high.

I am working with Livingston Company for the entire shipment.
