If no one gets you a PN for the sleeve, you can mesure a section of the shat that is not worn down and find the size you need in the SKF speedy sleeve catalog. You will have to make your own install tool as the ones they come with are really short. Easy to do using a pice of pipe the same inner diameter as the tool they ship with.
