Pulpit Armor for Halftrack
« on: October 31, 2023, 09:29:06 PM »
Anthony and I are looking for original pulpit armor for a M3A1 or M2A1 halftrack.  I thought there might be one around from someone converting their A1 back to an original M2 or M3.
We already have the M49 ring.

Original pulpit armor is as rare as an original skate rail. Leo of leo's tractors makes nice reproductions. He usually has one posted for sale on eBay. Good luck in your search.

I was at a collectors estate sale a few years ago buying some small stuff and the guy mentioned he had a half-track castle. I had no idea what he was talking about but asked to see it. He takes me around the back of his shop and there is an original pulpit lying there. I bought it for $200.00 ;D

The stuff is out there.  We just have to shake the trees.  Little nuggets fall out once in awhile...
