The first two photos above is when the cylinder head was changed and engines were being made without shielded ignition. The only change to the cylinder head is a tapped boss to mount the simple angled bracket. The second photo is not a correct bracket or mount location.
The last three photos refer to a bracket that is mounted to the cylinder head by head bolts. This bracket was used when an engine is rebuilt with the early cylinder head and being converted from shielded ignition for radio suppression to resistance shielding for radio suppression. In the last photo if you look closely you can see an oval boss that is not tapped just ahead of the coil bracket. The newer head has this boss tapped.
