Thinking about selling it, but I don’t know what it’s worth:
M15A1 that is a flat bed. Looks like Pattons hearse (search YouTube “Pattons funeral” for old news reel). It’s a flat bed. Only a few miles on completely rebuilt motor that runs wonderful. All original armor except new upper doors, visor, and battery lid. I rebuilt and replaced all sorts of parts on it and it is registered, insured, and I often drive it to work. Here is a list of its minor illnesses:
The tracks are Israeli in good shape with some wear.
It’s missing wiper arms and blades, but I have the motors.
The speedometer quit working a few weeks ago, cable?
The tachometer is not original but looks good, but needle loose.
Slips out of second gear under severe conditions.
Gas gauge not hooked up. Side cans plumbed to feed it.
Leaks a very small amount of gear oil and brake fluid.
It was a very military looking bench seat, not original.
It starts, runs, and drives well and can be played with immediately. I may sell it once I know what it is worth. What do you guys think?
