I Am in need of a HT combat rim. I have two, but one has the hub that sticks out about an inch and a half further than the other. I believe this 'taller' one is for an armored car type hub, and the shallower hub allows the tire/rim to not rub on the HT frame while turning? I'm in Michigan..... Have many extra parts-trade?
