I’m looking to put on a set of side-view mirrors and thought I’d just get a couple of the WW2-type ones from the Jeep suppliers and bolt them to the cowl or up above on the perimeter rail. But then I thought there might be some better ideas. What are you guys using? Thanks.

I think don used a cocksure set I’m not sure haven’t gotten that far into my project to start on that

Yes I used mirrors for a CCKW. I got them from Midwest Military. The mounts almost lined up perfectly

John has them at midwest military. I ordered a set today. He referred to them as "halftrack mirrors" as I think there are some differences in the brackets.

Thank you for the info guys. I'll give John a call after I get a couple of these other fires put out.

I noticed the ORD-9 lists a rear view mirror. It only lists an ord number, c86092 on page 320. In the cross reference it shows Autocar part number 16urk4768d and White 403442

I welded mirror bracket to 1/4" flat bar , counter sunk and bolted to existing pillar

@ Mfrance That is a good idea!!!

Great idea. Thanks Michael. I like the offset studs on the mirror heads. Where'd you get them?

Can use any cckw/ chevy. Or even jeep g503 mirror arm assembly to keep ww2 look. I tilt my passenger side down to see blind spot as people love to sit and film with phone in that spot...

Thanks. I have the arms and just need brackets and mirror heads. I hope to get back on it next week. Thanks again.
