That is not the correct winch. It is way to small. You will need a Tulsa 18G or Tulsa 18H winch to fit propped on your halftrack.

If you look closely at the last photo you can see 18 g stamped above the serial number. I could be wrong but…..

here are some ebay links to some Tulsa winches that will work. You may need to change the configuration on some of them to be correct for the halftrack though.

This looks to be the only listing right now. I have one for sale for $2000 that needs some repair. I have all but one piece that is missing to complete the winch. it comes with new gaskets and seals for your rebuild though. This also includes the cost of building a crate for shipping within the US. I can ship through Fastenal, store to store, at your cost.
