Title: Oil bath Air Filter

Do most of you guys still use the Oil Bath Air Filter or is there some modern filter that is preferable.  I feel there has got to be something that is more efficient than the Oil Bath Air Filter.

I dont think it would be that difficult to convert the oil bath to hold a element filter. Thatis my plan but have yet to look into it.
