Title: halftrackinfo site problems

some hackers got into this site and shut it down for a couple days. they installed something that sent out thousands of emails.
i received over 60 thousand emails in one day.
i restored the site from a 2-2-28 backup. this means we may have lost one or two new members that signed up after that.

please register again if you where deleted.
