Rear wiring harness M3 to M2
« on: January 30, 2012, 08:35:12 AM »
Hey all,
I have seen a ton of M3 rear wiring harness's for sale lately. Will they work on an M2A1. I'm hoping the only difference is length?

it should be fine. just 10" extra length.
some of the old harnesses are not worth installing. you may want to get a new harness from vintage.

Hey Steve, can you tell me if the rear wiring harness has the gas tank sending unit wires in it? that would be the only difference from m2 to m3 other than a bit longer than m2.

the right hand tank sending unit wire is in the front harness and the left is in the rear harness.
