Did they ever mount an M20 = 75mm recoilless on a half track ? ? ?
I have a nice one out of the Jack Tomlin yard just after he passed away.

I just ran to my bookshelf to see if I could find the answer out for you. I remembered a recoilless rifle being mounted on a halftrack. I found the photo, but it was a 106 recoilless rifle.
Like Agent Maxwell Smart would say "missed it by that much".

Love the pics on the mule and scooter.    The middle one looks great.   However the first one reminds me of the halftrack with the 57mm anti-tank gun on the pedestal mount.

Those trucks in the middle photo. does anyone know where they were used? and were they made from cut up tracks or were they made from scratch. I have seen a picture of one before but cannot remember where.    Henry

It is Colombia. They could not get spare parts, so the track assembly were removed and replaced with truck axles.
