Oil Presure Line
« on: January 02, 2017, 04:22:47 PM »
When I bought my track, I got a box of gauge parts (basket case dash). I've got my cluster (puzzle) ready to put back together and I'm needing info about the oil pressure line from the gauge to the engine. Such as... is it one flex line or a combo of lines, length and size  and if I can get them from an auto store. Your help is always appreciated.

From what I have gathered it is a combo of hard lies and flexible/ braided.hard line comes out of gauge and goes to flexible line which goes to the hard line on the firewall which comes down to just below the regulator and then goes into another flex line to the oil port in the block..Gary is still selling the flexible lines, I don't know who else. Someone may have a more detailed description. Good luck with your project.

Thank you for your info... as always very much appreciated. I got the two flex lines from Gary, found my short hard line that connects to the gauge. Now I just need to make up the hard line on the firewall.
