here are the lug nut part numbers. you can get these at any trailer, truck or forklift parts dept or online for about $1 each.
Right Hand Outer Nut (3/4"-16 Thread) Budd 37888
Left Hand Outer Nut (3/4"-16 Thread) Budd 37889

Steve, The PN's on both nuts should not be the same as the right side is right hand thread, and the left side is left hand thread.

It was originally thought the lug nuts would stay tighter.

BTW. The wheel studs are available from the same sources I just don't have a part number for them.
