Good deal or not?

What does the lable say on the packaging? I can't quite make out what it says. You can also look up the part number in the supply catalog or just open the box if you won the item.

It looks like the inner part of the tach cable. The key way if you will.

You bought the inner core for the tach cable. Box reads: "1 core assembly tachometer cable".
