height of bows

I am trying to figure out the height measurements for the canvas hoops in the rear. It looks like they are not all the same height when installed. Would anyone have the measurements of how much each bow extends above the armor when installed? Looks to me like the middle one is taller or the front one is shorter than the rest. Thanks

What model halftrack do you have? I posted an article on bows for the M2, M2A1 on this forum a while back. I will have to find it and post the link.

Steve,  I have an M3. I made the bows and they each measure 13 1/2 inches above the top of the side armor. In pictures they look like they are different heights  I was hoping to verify the measurements before I continue and make the tarp to incorrect measurements.

Heenry, they are not the same height. There are 3 each extention is a different length. The bows are exactly the sameI'll try to get out and measure tomorrow.
