Probably not much use to you and a bit expensive as well, but there's a dealer in France who sells on Ebay he had the parts your looking for, i see you live in the US so it will probably be expensive to ship.
If you have the international halftrack version you will find more spare parts in Europe than in the US, as your likely aware those vehicles were lend lease and used by the British well into the 60s.
Having said that, its becoming more and more difficult to find parts for the internationals these days.
