M2 ammo locker drawings
« on: May 12, 2014, 10:54:37 AM »
I was going to leave the ammo lockers out but every time I finish something I think that wasn't too bad and add to the list of stuff to do.... So..... I may tackle them. Anyone have the drawings for the M2 lockers? Maybe these are in Bob's drawings?

Check with Tom Gunther, RocnTJ. He made my set and are very nice. He also does M2 luggage racks.

Are the left and right ammo lockers on the M2 the same? The right on the M2A1 is shorter I think. I have not found any pictures of the M2 lockers with the doors open or from the top to understand how they are made.    Barry

If it is an M2 then yes they are the same. If it is an M2A1 then no, the one on the Passenger side is half the size due to the pulpit. The extra space is for standing. Also, if you have a radio and depending on it's configuration then you may loose the Driver's side locker box in place of a SCR-508 on a FT-284 stand in a CH-74 cabinet for example.
