Actually, whoever worked on the track last, covered the carb hole. When you pull the dipstick, it looks like the oil is brand new. The engine has been freshly painted. It also turns. The starter was missing as well as the rotor and carb. Our optimistic theory is that the motor was rebuilt, and the previous owner never got it back together. Unfortunately he passed away. Keeping my fingers crossed. If it runs, then I really got a bargain!
