I'm working on getting the dash out but am having problem with the top armor bolts that go into the captured nuts underneath.have tried to get the armor bolts out with an electic impact gun and a ground down chisel but the bolts won't move. Put a little heat on but no luck. Any thoughts. Thanks guys

I had same problem. I ended up cutting/torching the cage / nut and making a new cage with nut when I reinstalled

those are always stuck.
i just use a torch and cut the heads off. if you are good with a torch you can do it without damaging the armor.
if your not good with a torch just drill them out.

What I did was to drill the bolts drill a small pilot hole, then drill it the same diameter as a tap drill, the head will come off.
