Complete wiring set for M3 half track

Some guy on ebay is selling a Precision Wiring Service complete wiring set. I am not sure but I think Precision Wiring Service went out of business.  $450 I don't know this guy and he only has 5 auctions under his belt, so take it with a grain of salt.  I just thought you guys should know.
