Well after poking around for the last couple of years, I finally got a half track project! Thanks Kevin Lockwood, Gentleman. It’s an Autocar M2A1. The dash is out of it for rewiring, started by Kevin, so that’ll be the first order of business, at least enough to be able to run it under its own power. I did start it briefly, just to hear its voice a little bit. It cussed a blue streak! Water pump is stuck, so right off the bat we’ll see how many knuckles have to be sacrificed getting that out and taken care of! I’m looking forward to the project and I’ll post progress as it’s made. It won’t be fast, I’m sure. I really appreciate this site (thanks Steve) and all the information bouncing around. I’m sure I’ll ask a lot of stupid questions along the way but after reading the forums the last couple of years, I know you guys will be happy to help out! And all the pictures and updates of your own projects will be a real motivator. So here goes…!
