Just picked it up in October. Its a good start, I'm planning on turning it into an A1.

I'm not going to take it down to the frame (I'm not that skilled or patient). I've used my previous halftrack and M20 for reenacting and didn't really do a classical restoration on either. I'll work to make it correct, but it'll be "motor pool" class.
This is my old one at a couple events.

The M2 is my FAVORITE Half Track. Yous looks OUTSTANDING! Have fun with your new project. I will buy another M2 one of these days, but it will have to be complete.
