Floor screws and nuts source?

I've been trying to find the #14 slotted hex-head blunt-pointed sheet metal screws and folded tinnerman nuts for the floor plates with not much luck. Does anyone have a source for these?

Got the floor screws from McMaster but had to grind off the flange part. I'm looking for the nuts too.

I have not been able to find anything but the short nuts now for quite a while. I make my own longer ones now from pallet banding.
I only found screws without the flange once! And I bought them all!
I sold off a few hundred to halftrack guys until I started to get low for building rear floor units.

I'd be OK if the nuts are shorter than the originals as long as they're deep enough to allow some movement in the hole so the screw can center itself. So far, all the ones I've found are so short the hole in the nut barely reaches the hole in the frame. The screws having a flange wouldn't give me heartburn either, but as yet I haven't found any with a hex head that aren't self-tapping. I'll check McMaster-Carr again in the morning.

I found them in a Google search from a manufacturing company that had bought to many for a project. As they were what I was looking for I bought all they had. That was probably about 8 years ago and I have not been able to find any more since.

Nice find Steve! Good thing you scooped up all they had. I went ahead and ordered some of those that Steve-O referenced above.

I think there are near fifty for all of the floor panels, including under the seats and the center panels.

Ouch! at a buck a screw that is pretty pricey.
