Windshield
« on: July 21, 2017, 06:09:37 PM »
Does anyone have a good picture of the armored  windshield ? Is it one piece? or two? I have a M3  Israelia    track and it looks like they cut it in 2 so the driver has the option of just him closing the armor. The passenger side is always down since the 30 cal comes out of it. Thanks, Rob

This is at Camp Blanding. A static  display. What give with this shield? Is that correct?

originally they where one piece.
so I guess it depends on if you are going to bring it back to original or not.

Israel cut the windshield armor in two and added the ball turret .30 to the right side. Originals are one piece.

The windshield armor, hood and upper door armor are all incorrect. Looks like a quick home made job to me.

I really hate static displays outsides. The weather is a killer. Inside is fine!
