Welcome to the forum and to halftrack ownership Rik!  Looks like a great project.  Does it have the data plates still?

Thanks guys!

first things first..chassis number. it's an autocar and i believe an earlier model
#m2-6186

Smal tension springs, steering wheel, oil filter housing, headlight guards etc.

what do you guys think? early or not...

I'm about 3or 4 weeks into the project now and it's almost completely torn down!(let pics do the work)

my buddy who likes to give a hand and drink my beer... ::)

pulling the engine and trans! me on the forktruck and my dad.

Well shit...

I lol'd at tis one :D

This is my father in law (not married but you get the idea...)torching the front bumper.

And the bogies..

So chassis is clean except for rear bogie castings but wil do this week! ::)

Also tore the engine(one of the 2) down..
Bore is std! but crank is f**cked sadly... so tore in the second engine wich has 040 oversize bore en 010 on the crank but is almost as new so wil use that!

So the plan is take the block of spare engine but the rest from te main. Can't afford a rebuild french at 5000 euros (wich would be stupid in 2 ways..as i have 2 engine that wil work and i love rebuilding engines haha)

Only need to find pistons, rings bearings etc. for rebuild...but might be a difficult over here in the nl...wil see

Tis week i started with my transmission wich seems to workout pretty good even with water in it heheh
more pictures later

Also this was an parts HT from some one from iceland? He is here on this forum also...

One man's trash is an other man's living haha

Thats it for now! Sorry about the quality of the pics...my phone wil not work well with bad light :-\
also cant seem to figure out how to make the pics smaller... i take them from Fb (Some pics are not complete..missing parts)

Thanks
