Found this in a box of stuff I got with ht. Does this belong on a M3A1 if so were, ht was a M13 origanaly. Any advice on how to restore?

I am sure someone knows more than I do, but it looks like a loading chart for something generic like an ammo trailer.

Loading tags were installed on glove box lid on the ones I have
