Looking for the rear cross members

Does anyone know of a supplier for the rear x members? My large bogie frame one has a hole in it and the idler one isn't to happy either. I can get the tow pintle x member from supajeep but never seen the other 2.

No one that I know of has ever repoped those cross members. You will have to find used ones from a donor frame.

That's what I feared. I may have to look at having one fabricated in the UK if I can find somewhere to take it on. The alternative is I look again when I visit the States next year. I do wonder if I should just look for a new frame or at least a rear half.

Recently someone posted a picture of a bunch of axles and perhaps frames piled up by what looked like grain silos. I believe they were in CA or somewhere on the West coast.  I'm still looking for the picture. Who was that????

I’ve got both cross members you need still attached to half of an M2 frame. I’ve been planning on stripping the good parts off but haven’t gotten around to it yet.

Steve is a good person to deal with. Shipping will be a bit high but I bet still a lot cheaper then having them made.  Slow boat freight is usually reasonable . Best of luck. Liking what I have seen so far!
