Clell Ballard out of Fairfield, Idaho wrote the article.   It was Pomerelle Ski Area in southern Idaho.
I have passed this info onto a lady writing a history of the early ski areas in Idaho.   It was not uncommon to see an old Jimmy or Chev up on blocks running the early rope tows at the local ski areas.
