Halftrack owners session @ MVPA convention RSVP

 I am considering a G102 meeting at the convention in Huntsville. Maybe we could continue them at each convention. I can get a meeting room probably Thursday or hopefully Friday. How many on this board would be interested in attending???

Kevin, Would love to, except the convention is on the same weekend as Benton Harbor, and we have already commited to that.

I am planning on going to the convention this year.  At the previous two conventions I went to, I have met several halftrack owners, but never in one place at one time.  It is always fun when the local owners get together and I always call it a halftrack owners group meeting.

 Yeah I was really looking forward to the Benton Harbor event but my new duties will most likely require my presence at the convention. I will need to make some arrangements to get the winch from you.
 Dinadin and others, We have a meeting room option in the hall for Friday am or anytime Sat. I will post this over on the G. If we get enough interest I would like to make it a formal part of the convention.

Kevin, No problem on the winch. We'll meet up somewhere along the line. I was bummed as well when I found out they were on the same weekend. They keep moving the dates for both around so much they always seem to conflict with something else.

I know on the G503 someone posted about meeting Saturday afternoon.  Is it possible to meet on Friday or early Saturday?  My friends that I am thinking about riding with are talking about driving the 6 to 8 hours back home on Saturday.  If we have the meeting before noon on Saturday it is more likely that we can go to it.

 We went with Saturday pm as the MVPA and local affiliates have meetings scheduled Sat am. The slot we got from the host is 1300-1500 on Saturday. Hope you can stay past lunch for at least a while. Look forward to meeting.

I am resurrecting a dead post, but is the meeting still on?  Bigbadwolff and myself are planning on staying for the meeting if it is still on.
