Dismantling the transfert box,

Good surprises, just a gear and bearings replaced.
Other parts are in very good condition.

You're bumper looks really nice.  What size flat stock did you fabricate it from?  Or, was it fabricated from C-channel?

Yes it's fabricated from C-channel, special manufacture, thickness 1/4, no standart in Belgium
