Hi Guys, Here is a picture of one of the tracks I used for my resto. This one had the frame cut at the rear axle, and had the rear end from a 6x6 grafted to it. Believe it or not the cut off rear end with the tracks is sitting beside the shed right next to the crane.  These pictures were taken in 2001 in French Lake MN. These were very common in this area because a salvage dealer in Minneapolis Purchased surplus halftracks and converted them. This one has a Denver crane on it and a drag link. I was told it was used for dredging lakeshores.  I parted out another one that had a Bantom crane on it, But do not have pics of that one.

This halftrack may have been an M15 or a 13 in it's previous life. It had a WW2 Quickway crane on the back. He wanted the HT for parts. I couldn't let the crane go to scrap so here comes another piece iron home. I think I'm about to get neutered :o
