M55/M45 Arctic/Winterization Kit

I wanted to start a new thread in the correct location for the M45 Arctic/Winterization Kit.
When I started to acquire the missing components and preserve my M16A1 Halftrack the only photo I could find of an M16A1 had the Artic/Winterization kit on the back of the M45F. Since then I've been in search for one for my M16A1. I was able to acquire the correct Perfection Superflex gasoline heater but this left a lot of question as to how it was mounted and operated. Thanks to all of you and the recent help from Patrick at Portrayal Press I now have a clearer photo of the arctic kit mounted on the quad and more importantly a photo and list of parts in the kit! As I mentioned above I have the Heater part "C" but I am missing all the other parts and the mounting cabinet. It appears the heaters were shipped and stocked seperatly from the remaining parts as my heater was NOS and still in the original box. If anyone has the whole misc parts kit or individual items please let me know! Thanks again for all the help in getting this far in my quest.
