Pintle mounts
« on: January 20, 2017, 09:39:40 PM »
Anyone have any info on these?  I know they were used on the HT and LTV-4.  Just looking to find out if one is more correct for my m3a1 halftrack.  The only difference is the shape of the handle stem.  You can see, one is hourglass and one is cylindrical.

Thanks,
Brad

Those are the pintle mounts for the mg's mounted to the sides and rear of the HT's. I don't know anything about the handle stems, but I wouldn't worry about it as they are getting hard to come by.

I asked because I have 3 of each and wondered if one was more correct than the other.

Thanks

I would be happy to purchase the extras if you want to sell.
I imagine it's just difference in manufacturers.

It looks like the top of the slot of the one on the right is longer also.
