seat dimension needed

Hi All,
I'm looking for a little help with my salvaged seats here. They are a little rough, but I'm quite certain I can still salvage them.
The vertical portion seems to be OK and I can patch most of the rot, but the bottom horizontal portion is completely missing.
Would anyone be able to either measure, or let me know what the width would be for the bottom portion? I have a friend who has access to a brake/shear that can help me fab up the correct replacement.

I'm guessing it's just the same width as the top, but want to confirm.

 Check with Outsider. He reproduces the entire floor. I helped Don put one of his kits in Zelda. Worked out great.
