Here is some info on the halftrack PTO from my early box set of manuals. This info is from section 27 covering the PTO and Tulsa 18G winch.

Wow.  Great post.  Wish our scanned TMs we all use had that same quality of images.  The images in those things suck!  Thanks for showing these.
