Mag drill .. oil. Quality small size drill bits and size up.... slow process ...

Started holes with carbide bit them sharped some cheap masonry bits and finished the hole

Plasma will blast everywhere without a starter hole...
As its forcing air and arc into starting point

Success, 8 holes drilled. Mag drill and one 3/8 masonry bit per hole. WD40 for lube. Thanks everyone for the help.
