Are those recoilless rifles or rocket tubes on the back of the first one?

I think the second one is a model.  If you look at the background it is all white.  Also if you look at the shadow it appears to curve upward.  That is a trick used by photographers to make it look like the background goes to infinity.  This is done with a white mat on the floor that curves up to the wall.  Doing that elminates the corner at the floor and wall.  It is a cool looking mod and one day we maybe doing that mod once all the tracks are gone.

The first photo looks like rockets to help the halftrack driver when he wants to pass on the interstate.

it doesn't look to bad with the dual wheels in the back, to bad its a model.

i don't have any info on the halftrack with the tubes on back, i have never seen anything like it though.
it must be boosters to go along with the nitrous  ;D
