Firewall label

Does anyone know what this label is on the firewall, just behind the air cleaner?  These are pics from David Doyle's U.S. Halftracks book, Vol. 1, pages 199 and 279.

If I recall, it's a warning to the next generation to not be foolish enough to ever buy a half-track project. Something about sanity and finances. I didn't listen either...
