Finally got Zelda out of the barn, haven’t been to any events since December! Went to a small gathering for the B17 Alliance in Salem! Normally this would be a huge event. But it was just fun to get her out!

Had Zelda down at Ron Fitzpatrick Jeep parts open house. A great gathering of Jeep guys and other military restorers. Made some great contacts.

As I’ve said before, your never quite done. Thanks to Paul Jacobs I have an original armored windshield for Diamond T. It took some work I had to take it to the Machine shop to have it straightened. Then filled in the rust pits. Came out really good.

This will give me all original armor up front, 90% Diamond T

Been a while since I’ve posted. Had some issues with Zelda, bad coil burnt points and a couple of other items. So while it was down decided to take on a project ive been putting off for a looooooong time, the front roller. It’s been an adventure so far:

First decided to build the roller clamps from the manual. Suffice to my machining skills need some work and a few key dimensions are missing but it came out not too bad. Have to locate a few more parts.

Still have more work to do but I’m gaining on it. It will b be nice to have an original roller.
