Rear floor/armor assembly help
« on: February 19, 2012, 09:07:03 AM »
I will be buying/making the rear floor/armor for the M2. As i have never done this, does anyone know a site where there might be pictures step by step of the assembly? I'm sure its simple, but I have never done it before. When I bought it, it was missing everything from the rear.

i think the only drawings anywhere are the ones i posted here

you can do a google search for m2 or m2A1 walkaround and find alot of pics but they are not really what you need.
your best bet is to find an m2 halftrack near you and spend some time figuring out how it goes together.

Get the book on halftracks by R.P. Hunnicutt, study every photo you see, and use the drawings that Steve is talking about. . . Those are the only ones that I have ever seen online.
