Need help finding year of manufacture

Just recently acquired an M3A1 half-track.  I'd like to see if anyone out there can help me determine what year the track was manufactured.  The track was produced by Diamond T and has mfrs serial number M3A1 1303W.  The ordnance serial number is 26133 and the USA registration number is 4064394.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you head over to the G503 and look at the sticky's at the top of the tracked forum you can enter your info there and Joe or one of the guys there will help figure it out for you.
